Provided design consulting services and produced comprehensive construction documents, including structural design and coordination, for a new single-family residence. 

Redesigned the first floor to create an open, welcoming entry connecting a new family room, playroom, office, and guest suite. The project included converting part of the garage for added living space and adding a second-floor master suite above, seamlessly integrating with the existing home layout. 

Produced construction documents and handled structural design and coordination for a new pool house that includes an outdoor covered area, gym, indoor sitting area, storage, and bathroom/changing room. 

Designed a tenant fit-out transforming part of an existing building into a professional suite with a spacious reception and waiting area, five private offices, a large conference room, and a kitchenette. Advanced the project from early design phases into full construction documents. 

Transformed an existing ranch by removing the attic floor to create a vaulted ceiling and open, airy interior. Added to and redesigned the first floor to include a defined entry with coat room and sink, a central lobby with bathroom, and a coffee area, leading to a spacious main room with secondary entry and bathroom area. 

Designed a small yet impactful addition to create a welcoming foyer and coat room entry area, enhancing the home's curb appeal and functionality. The project focused on smooth traffic flow and an open layout concept. Howell Township approval secured.

This retail showroom fit-out transformed an existing suite into a refined, code-compliant commercial space designed to elevate the customer experience. New partition walls define clear display zones and circulation, while a custom, layered reflected ceiling plan with integrated lighting creates visual interest and highlights merchandise. The project carefully balances aesthetics and functionality, delivering a polished showroom environment that meets all applicable codes while supporting both branding and day-to-day operations. 

This full interior transformation reimagined the entire home into a bright, open-concept space designed for gathering. The original segmented floor plan was replaced with a spacious gathering room and a stylish bar kitchen area. Every detail was thoughtfully chosen to create a warm, inviting environment, perfect for both daily life and special occasions. 

Converted part of a garage into a comfortable guest bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, including removing the garage door and replacing it with a new window. The design ensured privacy and functionality, meeting residential code requirements.

Comprehensive second-floor remodel, adding three bedrooms, a dedicated storage closet, a laundry room, and relocating the staircase for improved spatial flow. The design emphasized modern living needs and convenience.  

Transformed an interior space into an inviting gathering area, complete with a bar counter and a bathroom. The design balanced open social space with functional necessities. Howell Township approval secured.
