This new three-story apartment building was designed to provide a thoughtful mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences across 10 units. The project balances efficient unit layouts, building functionality, and site constraints while addressing zoning and development requirements The project has successfully received zoning approval and is moving forward toward construction. 

Designed a spacious mother-daughter addition that functions as a separate home, complete with three bedrooms, an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, along with a full bathroom and dedicated laundry room. The addition connects to the existing home through a converted garage and loft area, thoughtfully repurposed into a private primary suite with a beautiful master bathroom. The result is a comfortable, independent living space that integrates seamlessly with the existing home while providing room for extended family.

Transformed an existing bi-level home with extensive level one alterations and side and rear additions, creating dedicated spaces for prayer, study, and community gatherings. A new high-ceiling prayer room with an ezras nashim provides a spacious and welcoming setting, while the redesigned level one and side additions incorporate amenity spaces including a coffee area, bathrooms, coat rooms, and a study. A new basement level adds a large multipurpose gathering space with a dedicated kitchen and bathroom facilities, offering flexibility for celebrations and group events.

Expanded an existing bi-level home with a rear addition, creating a comfortable guest suite on the first level featuring three bedrooms and a full bathroom. On the second level, the kitchen was redesigned with a new breakfast area, while the dining room was expanded into the former kitchen space to create a more generous and connected entertaining area. A new deck extends the living space outdoors, bringing together a more functional interior layout and inviting outdoor living.

Expanded an existing ranch home with a thoughtfully designed addition and converted garage, creating a spacious foyer and an open, inviting living, dining, and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings. The existing vaulted family room was preserved as a beautiful focal point, while the redesigned layout accommodates a dedicated study and five bedrooms, including a spacious primary suite with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. Three additional bathrooms provide convenience throughout the home, including a poolside bathroom with a shower for easy access from the backyard. The result is a generous, well-organized home that combines elegant vaulted spaces with practical amenities for everyday family living and entertaining.

Provided design consulting services and produced comprehensive construction documents, including structural design and coordination, for a new single-family residence. 

Completely transformed an existing bi-level house through a substantial addition and full interior reconfiguration. The project reimagined the entire levels one and two layout, and added a completely new level three. We contributed both architectural design and design consulting services to create a cohesive Colonial-style home that feels like new construction while thoughtfully building upon the original structure. 

Reimagined the existing home with a two-story rear addition, a new front porch, and a welcoming foyer created by enclosing the existing porch. The expanded first floor features a spacious kitchen, dining room, and living room, along with a finished garage that extends the family room. The second floor was redesigned to accommodate five bedrooms, including a beautiful primary suite with a private master bathroom, two additional bathrooms, and a dedicated laundry room. The result is a thoughtfully expanded home with generous living spaces and a functional layout designed for modern family living.

Reconfigured an existing bi-level home with side and rear extensions to create a new entry at the first-floor level, complete with a welcoming foyer and spacious dining and living areas. The expanded layout features a generous kitchen with a breakfast area and a dedicated homework room, while existing spaces were thoughtfully repurposed for a playroom and guest room. By preserving as much of the original home as possible, the design maximized functionality while keeping construction costs in mind. Upstairs, the existing three bedrooms were retained, while the former kitchen and living areas were converted into a spacious primary suite with a walk-in closet and private bathroom, along with a dedicated laundry room. The second floor of the addition was strategically roughed in, with window placement and plumbing planned around the family's anticipated future layout, allowing for a smoother completion when the space is ready to be finished.

Redesigned the entry to create a well-organized layout with inviting living spaces on the entry level, a playroom and guest space on the lower level, and an expanded upper level featuring a spacious primary suite, five additional bedrooms, and a dedicated laundry room. The additions and reconfigured levels work together to create a functional, cohesive home tailored to the family's needs.

What began as a modest ranch home evolved into a substantial expansion that functions as an entirely new residence while remaining connected to the original structure. The project includes a full first floor, second floor, attic, and basement addition, creating a spacious and cohesive home designed to meet the family's long-term needs. The project reimagined the entire first floor and basement layout, added 355 square feet of new living space along with a new garage, and introduced a full second story with attic above. We contributed both architectural design and design consulting services and prepared the full construction documents. The result is a cohesive home that feels like new construction while thoughtfully building upon the original structure. 

Designed a tenant fit-out transforming part of an existing building into a professional suite with a spacious reception and waiting area, five private offices, a large conference room, and a kitchenette. Advanced the project from early design phases into full construction documents. 

This retail showroom fit-out transformed an existing suite into a refined, code-compliant commercial space designed to elevate the customer experience. New partition walls define clear display zones and circulation, while a custom, layered reflected ceiling plan with integrated lighting creates visual interest and highlights merchandise. The project carefully balances aesthetics and functionality, delivering a polished showroom environment that meets all applicable codes while supporting both branding and day-to-day operations. 

This full interior transformation reimagined the entire home into a bright, open-concept space designed for gathering. The original segmented floor plan was replaced with a spacious gathering room and a stylish bar kitchen area. Every detail was thoughtfully chosen to create a warm, inviting environment, perfect for both daily life and special occasions. 

Transformed an existing ranch by removing the attic floor to create a vaulted ceiling and open, airy interior. Added to and redesigned the first floor to include a defined entry with coat room and sink, a central lobby with bathroom, and a coffee area, leading to a spacious main room with secondary entry and bathroom area. 

Converted part of a garage into a comfortable guest bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, including removing the garage door and replacing it with a new window. The design ensured privacy and functionality, meeting residential code requirements.

Transformed an interior space into an inviting gathering area, complete with a bar counter and a bathroom. The design balanced open social space with functional necessities. Howell Township approval secured.
